Fees Policy
The fees (Currently £7.00 per hour) are payable monthly, half-termly or termly in advance.
- Fees reviewed annually.
- Fees still payable if children are absent for a short period.
- If your child has to be absent for an extended period, talk to one of the leaders, or the committee chairperson.
- We are registered with West Sussex County Council (W.S.C.C) to receive the 'Free Entitlement'. From the term after a child's 3rd birthday, every child is entitled to 15 hours per week at pre-school paid for by W.S.C.C.
- From September of 2017, working parents could be entitled to an additional 15 hours of free childcare. Parents will need to meet eligibility criteria for the additional 15 hours free childcare. These Include:
As a minimum you both (or one parent in lone parent families) earn the equivalent to 16 hours at National Minimum or Living Wage over the coming three months. As a maximum neither one of you earns more than £100,000 a year.
Where one parent meets the income criteria and the other is unable to work because they are disabled, have caring responsibilities or have been assessed as having limited capability to work, you many still be eligible.
If eligible, you will need to apply the term before you would like to use your additional hours.
- We are also registered with W.S.C.C to accept 2-year-old funding for eligible children.
